I had the opportunity and privilege to serve with Cole on the Board of Directors for UW-Madison's chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, and throughout our work together I was repeatedly impressed by the dedication, hard work, and innovation he brought to the organization. As President of IMA, Cole developed a strategic vision for the direction of the organization as we returned to in-person events, with clear goals for IMA as a whole and for each board member individually. He's an organized and disciplined leader who's willing to put in the necessary work to make things happen, which was abundantly clear in the way he led the organization and conducted board meetings. He also emphasized the importance of building community within IMA and the Board of Directors, which I greatly appreciated. I truly enjoyed serving with Cole on the board of IMA and look forward to seeing what he accomplishes in the future!
