In Cole’s tenure under my presidency as the Program Director and President-Elect, the largest trait that jumped out to me was his drive and will to get stuff done and be successful while doing it. He always kept me in check and ensured we stayed on top of deadlines and event scheduling as an organization. His organization skills are beyond the years of any other college student I have encountered. In his time as President-Elect, he was able to work closely with the Internal Operations Director, Nick Kempf, to successfully create and implement a new website that included a new dues payment system for the IMA UW-Madison student chapter. Cole’s drive, passion for accounting and his fellow constituents, people skills, management skills, and organizational skills, will surely make Cole a great addition to any team or organization in his future.
