Between 2020 and 2022, I had the pleasure to work alongside and supervise Cole at the UW-Madison Greater University Tutoring Service. Cole is a self-starter able to independently and collaboratively lead creative projects. During his tenure, Cole notably designed and implemented a website analytics report as well as a branding guidelines document. Together the two documents enabled GUTS to improve digital outreach and establish a consistent visual identity for the organization. In addition to effective project management, Cole is excellent at events planning and promoting team spirit and collaboration. Cole would make a great addition to any team looking to add a collaborative self-starter able to innovate office practices.
