I participated in this case study throughout the month of October 2020. This involved working with a team to propose to a group of "clients" if they should organize a new business venture as an S-Corporation within an existing one or create it as a new C-Corporation.

This project involved learning and applying depreciation, the Qualified Business Income Deduction (QBID), understanding differences between corporation types, being able to calculate tax implications and much more.
